You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind.
How it works
- Message us through the contact page with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address.
- Ship the jacket back — return postage is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service.
- As soon as the parcel reaches us, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Conditions
- The jacket must be unused in water and in its original condition (trying it on dry is fine).
- Wrong size? Same process — tell us the size you need and we ship the replacement for free.
Damaged or defective items
If your jacket arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us with a photo: we replace it or refund it at no cost to you — in most cases without a return.
EU customers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
