1. The store
This website sells the Woofgang dog life jacket and related accessories. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros, taxes included where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment providers offered at checkout. Automatic bundle discounts are applied directly in the cart.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery is free above €40. Full details, carriers and timelines are on our Shipping page.
4. Returns and withdrawal
You have 30 days from delivery to return the product. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. EU customers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full process on our Returns & Refunds page.
5. Product use and safety
The Woofgang life jacket is a buoyancy aid for dogs, not a substitute for supervision. Always keep your dog within sight and reach around water, check the fit before each use, and stop using the product if it shows damage.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply. If your jacket arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
